ABOUT OUR CLASSES

Group wellness with SoulShine Yoga & Wellness at King George Lavender Farm are currently scheduled for Saturdays. There will be an 8am Yoga Class and a 9am Sound Bath each week. We currently have a 10am Waitlist for Yoga as well. 

We will also be hosting evening pop up events at the farm. We offer private lessons for individuals and/or private groups for yoga, sound baths, reiki, guided meditation, and more by appointment. Pop up events and possible additions to the schedule will also be coming so make sure to follow our business facebook pages to stay informed. Details on all of our wellness offerings can also be found there. 

Saturday Group Yoga classes will be held outside weather permitting. If weather does not cooperate classes will be held inside the barn. Classes are rain or shine and there are no refunds on tickets unless class is canceled by the provider. If an issue comes up that you purchase tickets and cannot attend class please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you by allowing you to use your tickets for the next available class date. Signed Liability waivers are required for all participants for all of our classes and workshops.  

No prior experience is necessary to participate in our group yoga classes on the farm. Students will be guided through elements of breathing, movement, connection, focus, and relaxation. Students should bring a yoga mat and water and an open mind.  Check in is at 8am. We ask students to please arrive on time (but not early) so that they have time to fill out liability waivers, make their way to the field for class, lay out their mat and settle in. Class is approximately 45 mins.   Students are asked to please turn off or silence all cell phones and any other non medically necessary electronic devices during all classes.     

Sound Baths are a deeply immersive experience in which different instruments, such as crystal and/or metal singing bowls, chimes, frame drums and more are used intentionally to aid in soothing the nervous system. Sound baths can be easier for many people than other meditation practices because they do not require a lot of discipline or patience to get started. All you have to do is listen. You will be guided in and out of the practice, which will last approximately 45 minutes. According to studies, Sound Baths may help with stress, fatigue, and symptoms of depression. Studies also show they may improve mood, and release tension from the body.  Students may participate seated or lying on their mats, whatever is most comfortable for them. We also suggest bringing a blanket or a beach towel to be used as a prop under the seat, neck, or knees to assist in comfort. 

Please arrive for check in at 9am. All students must sign a liability waiver and will then be directed to the space where they may set up and get comfortable for the experience.

An invoice will then be sent to the email provided with a link for payment. Payment is considered confirmation of reservations.
